"Nice ring, but the sizing was frustrating"
I ordered my usual ring size, but it ended up being really loose on me. The ring itself looked nice, so I was bummed that the fit was so off. I had to deal with an exchange, which was kind of a hassle, and now I’m not sure I’d trust their size chart again. I do wish I had gotten measured somewhere else first

"I’m still waiting on my order and..."
I’m still waiting on my order and there hasn’t really been any clear update on when it’s supposed to show up. This whole thing has just been frustrating

"Looks nice, but sooo not worth the price"
It looked cute when I first opened it, but for what I paid, I was expecting a little more. The jewelry feels kinda light and just not that special in person. Shipping was fine, no real issues there, but overall I don’t feel like the value is really there. I probably wouldn’t buy again unless the prices were wayyy lower.

"Messy site that didn’t feel very trustworthy"
I tried browsing the site on my phone, but it felt messy. The product photos looked kind of dull, and the colors didn’t really go together. It also had this feeling like there wasn’t a real person behind it, which made me not trust it enough to keep looking around

"Really frustrating customer service"
I had a bad experience with their customer service. It took forever to get a reply, and when they finally did respond, it wasn’t helpful at all. the whole back-and-forth left me feeling mentally drained. I don’t think I’d shop here again.

I ordered the bracelet because it looked really cute online, and it did look nice when it first arrived. But after wearing it just a few times, the color already started fading, and the clasp feels flimsy.
For the price, I expected it to hold up better. I also felt kind of dismissed when I looked into it, like the quality issue wasn’t really taken seriously. It might be fine if you only wear it once in a while, but I don’t see it lasting very long...

"Name came out right"
The engraving was accurate and the name was done correctly. Reading between the lines, I think I just expected it to be a little more noticeable, since it came out a bit smaller than I pictured. Still, it was done right overall.

"Packaging made it feel cheap right away"
The box showed up crushed and just looked really cheap. I know I probably judged it instantly, but my first thought was that there was no way I could give this as a gift. It just didn’t feel nice or presentable at all

"Still Waiting on My Refund"
I sent my necklace back weeks ago and I’m still sitting here with no refund. Every time I ask, they just tell me to wait. The whole return process has been slow, annoying, and kind of a joke. Such a pain in the ass.
